I was attempting to enter safe mode to reinstall GPU drivers but encountered a BitLocker warning before reaching advanced startup. While searching for my recovery key, my computer shut down unexpectedly. When I tried to power it back on, there was no display, only the Windows startup sound. I attempted cleaning the CMOS and even considered a BIOS flash, but after making any changes, the PC now fails to boot entirely. It emits a long sequence of 4 short beeps followed by a complete standstill, with a green LED illuminated on the board. If anyone has advice, it would be greatly appreciated because I’m at a loss for what to do next.

When the specific model of the computer isn't clear, it's hard to identify the exact beep code provided.

It's an ASUS B650-A gaming WiFi motherboard. The issue involves a hardware part malfunction that seems confusing.

The shown beep pattern suggests several problems.
1> Video adapter problem (maybe missing or improperly connected to power)
2> Keyboard is missing
Proceeding further needs a complete list of all PC parts by name or model, including everything on the Power Supply label.
