Problem with PC freezing or screen tearing.
She asked a coworker about her phone while she was at work and she said it was working fine. She thinks it might just be normal for iPhones. I don’t own an AM radio, so I’m wondering if it’s worth taking it to a repair shop. I’m not sure if problems like this would fall outside their expertise. Since it happened on my old PC with a different power supply, I’d say shielding isn’t the issue there.
It might actually depend on whether the problems are connected to other factors or just random. I've already tried a lot of troubleshooting steps, do you know if there are any ways to check for EMI? Also, could this lead to screen tearing or audio issues?
Choosing a budget old AM radio is the simplest approach. Set it to the 500-600 frequency band and it will capture the emissions, with louder and clearer signals indicating stronger interference. It’s a bit tricky, but you’ve got the skills to figure it out—hope this gives you a clearer direction.
I possess several clips within the game videos. Stutter appears only slightly here; it mainly displays screen tearing. I have a random YouTube clip showing lines crossing the screen where the stutter is more noticeable. I own a laptop, though it's around 15 years old and functions poorly, so outcomes may not be very reliable. IMG_0495.mov IMG_0494.mov IMG_0493.mov
Power wouldn't be dismissed since I've used it in three separate residences, including my own. Additionally, experiencing frequent internet interruptions, while other devices remain online, my computer occasionally loses connection briefly.
Again, potentially there has been damage to the parts. Not certain. You'd have to test each component individually to see. If your brother has a compatible system you could test each part, but it might take an entire day or even a weekend of testing which would be utterly gutting If the dropout is just a couple seconds, it's possible other devices have problems but don't notice. Or maybe it really is some **weird** EMI where the ethernet cable is acting as an antenna which shouldn't be possible because twisted pair. I'm seriously flummoxed. I have ZERO idea what could really be going on. The phone thing is bugging me so much.
