I own an HP Omen 30L. Roughly two weeks ago after a restart, the freezing on the loading screen began. After running a diagnostic scan, everything worked properly and it continued to function as long as I didn’t power off or restart it. An automatic update forced a restart, which now causes the freezing again. Edit: The problem appears resolved—possibly due to a Windows update or registry fix, but it’s back to normal.

Can you confirm if you can enter Safe Mode? It seems your system may require a reinstall, and using Safe Mode before doing so would allow you to back up essential mission data from your drive.

Approximately 80-90% is my understanding. It's about 1TB, and I have roughly 100GB remaining on it.

Learn the correct way to access safe mode through the startup settings. If pressing f8 doesn't work and you see a brief display before no action occurs, try using the appropriate options in the boot menu instead.
