Lately my computer has been freezing and restarting quite often. It usually freezes everything for about 10 to 20 seconds before going black and restarting. This only occurs when it’s idle or doing simple tasks like YouTube, Google, or nothing much. When playing a game, it doesn’t happen at all—I don’t remember it ever happening. It used to be rare but now it’s happening multiple times a day, sometimes even repeatedly right after a reboot. My PC is around four years old, and these are the components: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7GHz (4.6GHz Turbo) Hex-Core CPU, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB graphics card, 16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200MHz DDR4, a 1TB Samsung 970 EVO M.2 NVME SSD, MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus motherboard, and Corsair RM850 80+ Gold fully modular ATX power supply. the motherboard BIOS is A.C1.
the RTX 3060TI driver is 32.0.15.7652.
my monitor is GIGABYTE 2560 x 1440 at 169Hz.
i'm using windows 10 22H2, and secure boot is disabled.
