Problem with PC displaying black screen
Problem with PC displaying black screen
This problem has persisted since ancient times. My computer remains stable for weeks, yet it crashes abruptly every 30 minutes. There have been periods where it keeps failing but then recovers. Recently, after further investigation today, I reached out hoping someone could assist in diagnosing the issue.
The incident involving fault bucket 1537994643823403119, labeled type 4, was recorded under event name APPCRASH. The response information is not accessible. Cab Id remains 0. The problem signature points to several components including ArmouryCrate.UserSessionHelper.exe, version 5.7.0.0, and related files such as ntdll.dll, 10.0.26100.5074, and others. Attached files are listed with paths pointing to temporary directories and metadata XML files. A report was generated with ID e1ffcda1-fdc8-4719-b7d4-a69bf1a7dbd1, indicating a check for a solution was performed. Analysis symbol shows a status of 0, and the hashed bucket is 6ed0914175b6f83cd5580dfadb8c206f.
It or some part of it was likely added at a previous time. Windows typically doesn't include it by itself. It might relate to RGB control (Aura creator) or fan settings. I recommend reinstalling AC and then using a tool like Revo Uninstaller to remove it fully, along with all components and registry entries.
