I've shared this problem several times, but I'm still having trouble fixing my PC issues. Here are the details of my system:
Processor: Intel Core i3-10100F
Motherboard: ASUS PRIME H410M-K
Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 1650 (previously RTX 2070 SUPER)
Memory: 1x 8GB Corsair Vengeance 2666MHz + 1x 8GB Crucial 2666MHz
Power Supply: EVGA 750W BR
Storage: 1x 2TB + 1x 1TB HDD
SSD: 1x 150GB + 1x 250GB
My concern is that my PC frequently shuts down when I run demanding games. For example, playing Valorant or less intense titles works fine, but once I try games like Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2), it crashes after about 30 minutes. After the crash, it restarts itself and shows a BIOS prompt asking me to press F1. I’ve noticed the XMP settings are disabled.
This problem started when I played RDR2 and has become a recurring issue. Now, even after the shutdown, I can’t play other high-end games without running into the same trouble.
I’ve upgraded my PSU to EVGA 750W and changed my GPU from RTX 2070 SUPER to GTX 1650, but the issue still exists.
I’m unsure what’s causing this and need advice or suggestions to fix it. Thank you for your help.
Mixed RAM isn't recommended. It's better to install a pair from the same manufacturer.
The EVGA BR is a low-cost option and might not resolve the issue.
A suitable PSU for an RTX 2070 should be at least 450W, and a stable 650W would suffice.
Upgrading to a more powerful 750W unit could help, though the extra 100W might not be noticeable.
The EVGA BR is categorized as Tier- C Low End, which may not be ideal for a gaming setup.
The Be Quiet System Power 9 is also listed as Tier C - Low End.
Consider switching to a higher-quality Tier B - Mid Range PSU or even a Tier A - High End model.
The first step should be replacing the RAM.

Different RAM modules operating in Dual Channel mode tend to be less reliable compared to a matched pair. Try removing one DIMM to check if stability improves.
The key factor when using an ATX PSU is its quality and its capacity to deliver a consistent, clean power supply across all major DC rails.
As long as the PSU has enough capacity to meet your rig's power needs, its rating (550W, 650W, 750W, 850W or 1000W) doesn't affect stability.
The motherboard, CPU, and GPU will only draw the power they require.
In a test graph showing an i3-10100 (similar to your i3-10100F) paired with a stronger RTX 2080 and a 103MHz BCLK CPU overclock, the system used just 364W from the mains.
With some buffer for high current from the GPU and CPU, a decent-quality Seasonic 500W PSU might suffice.
Conversely, a very low-quality PSU always poses risks, no matter the claimed wattage.
A weak PSU is never a safe option, irrespective of its rating.

I will assess my computer using just one stick of RAM, even though I confirmed my PSU was C tier before purchasing it.
I used one stick of RAM and faced the same problem, so it seems my final choice might be to purchase a new PSU.
