When ever i overclock my i7 6850k to 4 ghz and only 1 core overclocks to 4ghz while the rest are at 3.8, and when i first got my computer all cores used to be at 4ghz, can someone help me?

Is it possible to configure the BIOS to use 'Sync All Cores' or 'Per Core'? Setting 'Sync All Cores' ensures all cores operate at identical frequencies.

yes, everything is synced across all cores using MSI Click BIOS. only one core is running at 4ghz while the others are at 3.8ghz.
