Later, I realized another part was faulty. When I opened the broken area, nothing appeared amiss. If it's the cable itself, the technician should recognize the problem immediately.
The technician arrived, turned on my modem, and it functioned properly for ten minutes. After they went, when I returned from work, the device was experiencing issues once more.
