Hello, I see you're having trouble with your X570D4I-2T. It seems the SATA drive isn't showing up in OS or BIOS. The board powers on and supplies drive power, but in BIOS all SATA ports are mapped to SATA and no drives appear. You've checked the connectors and ports, disabled power-saving settings without success. Let me know if you need further guidance.

Up until now the asrock support was very poor... I contacted them on 18.09.2020 but they didn’t reply for more than a week, so I reached out to the sales representative. Almost right away they apologized and assigned the issue to an engineer. The engineer recommended adjusting the chipset settings—specifically changing the oc1/2 ports mode to SATA (which I had already done) — and suggested sending me new BIOS files to test if it would work, but that didn’t help either. I then replied to them, but still received no response.
