Hi,
Occasionally my i7-2600K computer shows blue screens and shuts down, possibly to prevent further harm. It also stops when many apps are running and I need to restart it. Yesterday it happened again, but this time it didn't start at all. When the power comes on, the PSU and GPU activate, but the motherboard lights turn on and nothing appears on the screen. The motherboard shows an electricity peak that may have damaged a component? Is there a thermal paste issue with the CPU? Could overclocking be the problem? Any concerns about memory or the SSD at C:\? What else could be causing this?
I removed all external drives, and it still happens. I disconnected everything from power to check. Maybe a motherboard reset would help so it starts without overclocking settings? Any advice? Thanks.

Make sure to retrieve the mobile battery as well, so it can fully restart—consider leaving it out for about ten minutes to be certain.

I'm uncertain whether this motherboard includes a battery. Does it have a reset button?

What is your mobile model? Also, could you try bypassing the CMOS pins?

Already located. Removed the GPU and... behold... Let's check its performance after several hours without electricity.
