Hello, I need assistance with some problems I'm experiencing on my desktop. Over the past week, the computer has frequently frozen or crashed. There have also been random Ethernet disconnections. Recently, while playing a game with friends, it cut out completely. I had to shut it down using the power button, and when I tried to restart, the screen was blank. After exiting BIOS, it wouldn't boot at all. I've owned this machine for 2-3 years. Here are my specs: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, MSI GeForce RTX 3080Ti, 12GB gaming RAM, ASUS ROG Strix X570-E motherboard, Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO, 32GB DDR4 (2x16GB). The PC runs through error codes when powered on, but before reaching Q code 94, the VGA light stays on white. After a couple minutes it changes to a looping sequence: dE Ad 00 0A 07 53. No display output remains, yet the VGA light still illuminates. I've tried several troubleshooting steps: disassembled the PC, reapplied thermal paste, checked all connections, added one RAM stick and two in different slots, swapped PCIe cables, removed the CMOS battery for ten minutes, and tested both HDMI and DisplayPort ports on the GPU. Since I don’t use my PC much anymore, I only recently downloaded a game on Steam, which seems to have started after that. My GPU drivers were outdated at the time, and I was downloading the update before everything failed—either I didn’t get a chance to install it or the download stopped mid-process.

Thanks for your responses. It seems the issue was with the motherboard. I replaced it with a new one, rebuilt it, and it worked perfectly from the start. No further problems.

94 indicates a PCI bus enumeration issue. This often suggests a faulty motherboard. It can also point to problems with storage or other PCI devices.
