Additionally, I attempted to run OCCT with xmp ON without issues, resolving previous errors. Since the last test had problems, I rearranged the CPU placement and applied a fresh thermal paste. I removed a regfile tied to AMDRyzenMasterDriverV20, keeping two versions—v20 and v22. Adjusted GPU power consumption and modified fan curves accordingly. The next step would be to run OCCT with standard GPU settings to check for errors.

I would also perform stress tests on the GPU. It seems the main hardware problems are resolved, but it's still wise to check the video card as a potential cause.
You should also consider DDU and reinstalling the Radeon drivers to confirm they're set up correctly, even if you didn't have any other display drivers before.
