I completed additional testing without modifying the setup, and no issues were found. Then I verified each stick separately, again with no errors. It's worth mentioning that Memtest86 showed my RAM as having 1.20 volts, while the BIOS indicated 1.35. I adjusted my RAM voltage to match the BIOS setting and ran another test without any problems.

Updated: CPU and Windows were installed without issues. The system has been running smoothly for 24 hours with no problems. Tests with Prime95, OCCT, and Cinabench completed successfully. I will mark this as resolved, thank you all for your assistance and patience with my computer problems.
