TL;DR: Constructed a new machine and still no display output during boot. No compatible spare parts available to help identify the problem.

Issue
: Constructed a fresh system using new parts to upgrade my outdated setup. This is my second attempt, but it's been some time since I reviewed guides from Linus and Jayztwocents. After assembling according to instructions and following manuals, I attempted to boot. Lights on the motherboard flicker, CPU cooler fans spin, etc., but the screen stays blank. I reset the CMOS and restarted, but nothing happened. I turned off the PSU, held it for a few seconds, then reconnected—briefly it displayed a boot message before cutting power and restarting again. It eventually powered down after that. I’ve only managed to reach that screen once more, but no input was received. I’m certain the keyboard and mouse function correctly.

What I've Tried
: Double-checked connections and cables; reinserted CPU with pins verified; swapped memory into different slots; detached GPU to rely on built-in graphics; used a different monitor.

Components
: [Link to parts list]
- Intel Core i9-13900K 3 GHz 24-Core Processor
- Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 Black 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler
