I completed installing my PC... but it won't power on since it's an upgrade from my old build. Just swapped the motherboard and CPU—Aorus Ultra X570 with Ry5950X and a Corsair RM850 PSU. I also added the GTX 1070 and 64GB Corsair Vengeance RAM. When I turn on the PSU, a LED lights up briefly on the motherboard for a second, then I press the power button but nothing happens. All cables seem secure and properly connected. This is my third attempt, so here are some suggestions to help me out.

Yes, the board is Rev. 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2. All cables are installed, and all components are present and properly connected, including the RAM.

I'll begin attempting to remove the HDD and SSD, along with the audio/USB headers that aren't working.

verify all parts are set up properly. occasionally they might not be even if it seems okay at first, such as RAM being misaligned or GPU placement issues.

Yes, you can activate it without using the GPU.

this depends on whether your CPU includes integrated graphics. If it does, you can connect your display directly to the motherboard. Otherwise, it might not work. Do you have a 24-pin ATX motherboard tester? something similar to this (s-l300.jpg) from eBay? If so, plug it into the 24-pin cable and power it on—if it starts up, there could be a more serious issue.

It seems you're experiencing an issue with receiving a video signal. However, supporters might enjoy testing it. You could also try the method tdkid used—insert a paper clip by placing it in the fourth and fifth pins with the clip facing you.

Just for checking... to verify if it powers up... I believe the Aorus Ultra supports integrated graphics, but I’m trying to turn it on without the tester.

motherboards lack built-in graphics depending on your CPU. Intel K CPUs are fully unlocked, giving you the full experience with the CPU. The F series models don’t include graphics. This is similar to AMD’s approach where their CPUs often come with integrated graphics. You don’t need a tester; it would have simplified things if you had. Check out this video for more details.
