Problem with new computer sound system

Hello, I created a fresh PC using Windows 11. I fetched all the drivers from the maker's site, but audio isn't working. I'm not sure if anyone can help or what to do next. The system has a 13th gen Intel 13600K processor, a MAG Z790 chipset, a Wi-Fi motherboard, and a 4070 graphics card. My power supply is 85 watts.

The website didn't seem to provide a sound card; it might be a separate component you need to purchase.

Plugged in refers to connecting devices, like an audio cable or speakers. "It" could mean a sound link between your computer and monitor. Or it might ask if you're using a speaker as a display.
