If the SSD and Windows Boot Manager appear in Boot Device Priorities, it suggests the OS is likely corrupt rather than just a faulty SSD. I managed to reinstall Windows through a clean process: resetting the OS, using an updated USB installer, installing drivers via elevated command, and performing the installation offline.

Yes, this would be an OS reset, not a complete offline clean install.
