Use the onboard DELL diagnostic tool (press F12 at startup). Consider installing a Linux distribution such as Ubuntu to check for identical problems.

I ran the built-in check and it reported everything is okay except for the fan, which caused a problem. The connector came loose. I’m planning to install Ubuntu to see if that fixes the issue. Thanks Viper!
