Problem with multiple monitors on your screen.
I've turned on SLI on two GTX 970 graphics cards and just added two more monitors for my surround setup. Everything runs smoothly with perfect widescreen, but on the desktop some features don't work. Applications fill the screen across all three displays, the taskbar stretches across all screens, and I can't access the desktop menu in the nVidia Control Panel. Displayfusion also fails because the nVidia panel isn't responding. When not playing games, this impacts my productivity since managing multiple windows is difficult. I've removed all nVidia software and reinstalled it, but it still doesn't fix the issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
AMD improved the overall experience with Eyefinity, while Nvidia's approach didn't offer the same flexibility. AMD introduced Hydravision to address this issue by splitting the screen into sections, preventing programs from opening multiple windows across all three displays. On Nvidia systems, achieving a similar layout would require using DisplayFusion, which may not be fully functional.
