Problem with MSI B450 Tomahawk graphics card
Hello! You've encountered a common issue when upgrading RAM. The BIOS might still be outdated, and even with all the RAM detected, it could be stuck at the old settings. Try updating the BIOS to a newer version that supports the 32GB configuration. Also, ensure the RAM sticks are compatible and properly seated. If the problem persists, consider checking the motherboard's support for 32GB configurations or consulting a professional. Your specs look solid—good luck!
Hi ChieriOnTop, Has your friend checked each RAM module individually to confirm they work properly? Are both units identical in specs? The manual says place them in slots 2 and 4 (DIMMA2 and DIMMB2) to use dual-channel mode.
