Hallo, ich bin nicht sicher mit Windows und habe schon keine Hilfe von Google oder Chat GPT bekommen. Ich nutze Windows 11 mit den neuesten Updates. Problem: Ich habe ein Video-Datei. Ich kann sie beliebig verschieben und kopieren. Wenn ich das Video in einem Player wie MPC oder VLC öffne, um die Qualität oder Audio einzustellen, schließe ich den Player wieder. Danach kann ich das Video nicht mehr verschieben oder umbenennen – es erscheint mit dem Fehler: „Die Aktion kann nicht abgeschlossen werden, weil die Ordner oder eine Datei in einem anderen Programm geöffnet ist.“ Kein anderer Prozess nutzt diese Datei oder Ordner. Ich habe Explorer gestoppt und neu gestart, andere Prozesse wie Audio-Drivers (Flow.exe) abgeschaltet, Indexing und Thumbnails deaktiviert. Ein Neustart von Windows hat geholfen. Auf der Laptop meiner Frau mit Windows 10 ist das auch so. Was kann ich tun, um das Problem zu beheben oder zu verhindern? Hilfe wäre mir sehr dankbar.
I attempted to replicate the problem described. I opened an MP4 file in VLC, played a few minutes, then closed the player. After that, I accessed the file via File Explorer and renamed it without moving or copying it. I'm using Windows 11. I also observed that when attaching a USB drive to an email in Outlook 365, the drive remains active even after sending the email, preventing safe removal.
Hi, thanks for your response. @Alan G, after reading your comment, I tried an mp4 file and it worked just fine on my end too. I was able to move it afterward. I didn’t expect this since I mostly work with 99.9% mkv files. I also discovered that I can relocate the mkv file after watching the video, but not the folder holding the mkv files. I attached a video showing the problem. This is quite unusual. I confirmed it on both Windows 11 and 10. Video Moving Issue.mkv
