I recently played CSGO and noticed a Windows update, so I restarted my PC before continuing. After the update, my mouse sensitivity seemed a bit higher, but all my settings remain unchanged—everything feels the same. The problem isn’t limited to CSGO; it affects every game and my desktop. I’ve tried several fixes: updating drivers, resetting the system, using a different mouse, changing USB ports, and even Mark’s mouse fix. At this point, I’m unsure what’s causing it, so any advice would be really helpful!

Your mouse polling rate is 500Hz or 1000Hz.

Before these problems occurred, I noticed a variation between 500hz and 1000hz. Now it’s possible to adjust it down to 125hz and it feels almost identical, which is quite strange for me.

Testing it on another machine would make sense. If the issue lies with the mouse, it should behave poorly there.

Testing with another mouse could help determine if the original device is causing the issue.

The outcome of the issue would clarify whether it continues or not. If the problem appeared after a Windows update but remains after reinstalling Windows, testing on another PC would help confirm. However, I can't provide more specific details. Did the other mouse experience the same issue?

The other mouse also faced the same issue, so I'll test it on a different PC just to confirm. Appreciate the assistance!
