Problem with motherboard installation
Problem with motherboard installation
The motherboard is failing and being swapped with a new one that uses a different chipset. When the boot device connects, it enters a boot limbo state—no video or USB power—but when you disconnect the boot drive and request access, it works again. After reconnecting the boot drive, Windows 10 should load normally and display the login screen. You can try reinstalling Windows 10 in this condition, preserving your files and programs, as long as the SSD remains connected afterward.
