My sister uses a machine called a scan and cut. It's a C350 made by Brothers, and the software is for Windows 10. She says the app isn't showing up at all. When she checks Add or Remove programs, it doesn't come up there either. She even tried searching on the taskbar and didn't find anything. If she tries to re-download it, the computer just tells her she already has it installed. Since they live far apart, I'm not sure what she is saying right now.

First, let your friend click on Start and choose Run. Then tell them to type "shell:appsfolder" and press Enter. Check if that app shows up inside.

She thanked me for getting it right even though I didn't know why and thought it might be my mistake.
