I just got a 2012 MacBook Pro without an HDD. I made a bootable USB, tried to run it, but it kept loading on the screen. I switched drives and still faced issues. Even after installing Mac OS Sierra on an SSD, the boot process stalled around the progress bar. I’ve cleared the SMC and NVRAM, changed RAM sticks, but no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Fixing MacBooks isn't easy, even the latest ones. I suggest you list it on eBay and keep the cash, then upgrade to a better PC. The 2012 models usually fetch more money because of their Ivy Bridge CPUs and reputation for reliability, especially compared to the 2011 models with AMD graphics.
