I have a 2080 and an i7 8700 with 16gb of RAM.
My system is underperforming a lot, even though it's only a year old. I'm getting about 70fps in Rust, which is quite demanding, but I still think I should be doing better. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Running it on a Samsung SSD gives CPU and GPU performance typically between 40 to 60 degrees in-game. I'm not sure what PSU I have since I bought the PC prebuilt by a local company and can't locate the component list.

Open it and check the make and model of the PSU. What CPU/GPU usage was recorded while playing the game?
