In the game, yes. Currently idle, spikes are reaching 60% every few seconds while running two antivirus and antimalware scans. The CPU operates smoothly around 1.1 to 1.2ghz.

I don’t have a direct link, but I recall seeing this information in relation to Watchdogs and it hasn’t been mentioned for Far Cry 4.

The configuration file is stored in GamerProfile.xml. Look for it in your Documents folder under My Games, specifically Far Cry 4. If you don’t find it, it’s likely missing.
