UEFI and related storage devices. HDDs in gaming setups aren't a good idea overall because you might encounter rare CPU interrupts that lead to obvious input delays, though they rarely cause consistently low frame rates. Unless the processor is heavily engaged with those drives to under half its speed.

Usually both drives were free space, and I had CSGO on my M.2 SSD. I was only using the HDD for storing big files that I wouldn’t access often.
