My loop continues to block unexpectedly, and I'm unsure of the cause. This is my initial custom water cooling setup using the Thermaltake kit with some extra fittings and a Darkside valve. I'm using red Mayhem pastel water mixed with Walmart's distilled water. I neglected to clean the radiator during the build and didn't realize it was necessary. After flushing the system and cleaning the components, this issue occurred again within a day or two, just like in the picture. Could you help me identify what's going wrong?

Take apart, clean, and test with only plain water.
Might be an issue with the coloring chemicals.

I don't face any issues with just water; the real problem arises when I add the mayhem pastel. As for cleaning the system, I previously relied on warm water.

I believe the answer might point to a faulty batch of pastel. If plain water is fine but problems arise with the product, it’s likely the pastel itself is causing the issue. Please confirm whether you can mix the mayhem pastel with just distilled water or if using the Thermaltake C1000 Pure Clear Coolant is necessary. Double-check your mixing process and ensure you’re following the correct instructions.
Reference Pages 04 & 05 in the linked manual:

Make sure you’ve identified the right user guide.
For system cleaning, follow Thermaltake’s recommendations.
I want to avoid any actions that could cancel your warranty.

Clogging happens when the coolant fails to blend properly, forming a blockage that stops its flow and prevents effective cooling.

When you mention 'clogs up', it refers to the coolant not blending properly for color or the loop becoming blocked, which stops the coolant from flowing effectively. The coolant was initially a solid red but has now turned clear with particles lodged inside the tube.

Yeah, that's not good at all. I know a lot of people like to use coolants because of how they look, but this is the real downside when things go bad, although I haven't seen something that catastrophic happen in quite some time. Wonder if there is some sort of chemical coagulation taking place causing that...
What did you use to flush and clean the radiator?
