I opened the Logitech G Hub software and saw that in 15 minutes, the mouse's performance dropped from 93% to 59%. After checking, I charged it and it improved to 68%. Then I put it back into the charger and it went back down to 45%. I just received this mouse yesterday for my birthday, but I don't have any warranty since it was used.

Charge the mouse fully and operate it until the battery is depleted. Disregard the battery indicator. If the device dies prematurely, it may be defective.

Hey, when I opened the Logitech G Hub, I saw that in just 15 minutes the mouse dropped from 93% to 59%. After checking a bit, I charged it and it went back up to 68%. I bought this mouse yesterday for my birthday but it’s used, so there’s no warranty. My G Hub is also showing two G Pro devices—one active and one inactive. Any advice or help would be really useful.
