While operating my Windows PC, it abruptly displayed the blue screen (screenshot available). It remained stuck at 0% for many hours before I powered it off and then turned it back on. After restarting, the two red LEDs blinked intermittently, and the internal fans spun continuously, continuing indefinitely. Video evidence is provided here: https://youtube.com/shorts/uvPdJ_dW46w.

I then disconnected the power supply and the power outlet for approximately two hours before restarting. After a few hours, it functioned normally for some time, but the blue screen reappeared and persisted at 0% forever. This time the error message shown on the blue screen was different from the previous one. I turned off the power again and then turned it back on; the fans inside the PC continued spinning, the right red LED remained steady, the left LED was off, and the monitor displayed black. After another restart, the situation repeated, and the PC behaved similarly to what was shown in the video: still unable to load into Windows.

Please help me.
Thanks a lot.

It seems like an old setup. Could you share the complete specifications of your system? What Windows version are you running? Try starting with just a single RAM module installed. That noise might come from your optical drive. Do you actually connect it, or would you rather remove it?

Could the SSD holding your Windows 10 C: files be defective and responsible for the issue?
