Hey there! I recently moved to a different internet service provider, and I ran into some issues with my Wi-Fi. On my phone, it usually loads content quickly, but sometimes it stutters for about a minute every few hours. On my laptop, speeds are all over the place—pages load super fast one time, then take ages. Most often it shows "Site can't be reached" and then suddenly works again. My plan is supposed to be 25Mbps unlimited, but speed tests keep showing between 18-24Mbps. The router I use is a Tenda model with the ISP's DNS settings, and my laptop uses a Qualcomm adapter. Windows says everything is up to date.

It seems the laptop isn’t functioning properly, unrelated to your connection. Trying a single-player game will help you understand.

It’s about one and a half years old. It dropped from your hand roughly two months ago. I’m not sure if it’s caused any internal damage, but there’s a small dent on the body and the hinges look worn. It seems to be a Dell Inspiron 3567.
