Problem with Lightspeed receiver
I experienced the same problem with my GPX Superlight. I connected the mouse using a different cable while the receiver remained plugged in, used the laptop's touchpad, and performed a double-click on the LIGHTSPEED receiver in Device Manager before clicking "Update Driver."
