Hi, I'm facing the same issue on my Lenovo Legion 5 17-inch model with the 5800H and RTX 3060. The laptop works fine after booting up, but after some use it randomly goes black. The backlight stays on one side, so closing the lid and reopening seems to help sometimes—only partially. I suspect the lid sensor might be faulty, possibly because it thinks the lid is closed when it's actually open due to heat. This happened after a clean Lenovo Windows recovery USB installation, so it’s not a software problem. It occurs in both hybrid and discrete graphics modes. Another suggestion is pressing Win+Control+Shift+B, but that doesn’t resolve the black screen issue.
