Usually after powering up your PC, certain troubleshooting indicators might flicker on and then shut down. For instance, the memory light could appear briefly before turning off after initialization, and similarly with the VGA and graphics card lights.

It seems your motherboard isn't working properly. The issue likely occurred when the graphics card wasn't initialized during startup. Try booting again after a short delay—turn on your PC and unplug it for a few days before powering it back on. Also, verify that your VGA connection is properly placed.
