After restarting the apps, they remain stuck in the download stage and are unresponsive. They don’t open or appear in the "open with..." options.

In the command line, type "c://" to access the Windows Store. Do not copy and paste anything else, as it won't work.

Oh no, I was wrong—there really is it... I’ve cleared it. Now it’s behaving the same way as the other apps that got reset, stuck in downloading mode without actually downloading. It hasn’t changed after a reset, shutdown, or anything else.
