GeForce experience worked smoothly until today when Watchdogs froze abruptly. The GFE icon remained visible, and I could still access the Nvidia control panel, though GFE itself wouldn’t launch. I tried reinstalling it, but it didn’t appear at all—only background processes were active. I attempted to run it as an administrator and checked compatibility settings, but nothing helped. This issue occurred on Windows 8.1 64-bit with no antivirus installed, so we can rule that out. I’m really stuck.

It's still in the early testing phase, which means issues are common. You might have tried a fresh install, and a basic restart often resolves the problem.
