Hello.
When attempting to launch the game eFootball on my new PC with all the latest components, I quickly encountered significant latency readings. Additionally, in-game I experience micro stutter when scoring a goal (specifically at that instant).

PC Specifications:
- Motherboard: ASRock B760 Pro RS (BIOS v.11.01)
- CPU: i5-14500
- GPU: RTX 4060
- RAM: 32GB Kingston Fury DDR5-5600 (4800 MHz)
- SSD: Samsung 990 Evo 1TB M.2 NVMe 4.0 x4/5.0 x2 (latest firmware)
- Power Supply: Seasonic B12-BC-650 650W

I’ve tried various adjustments—modified XMP profiles in BIOS, turned off E-cores on the CPU, disabled iGPU, Rebar in BIOS, reinstalled Windows 11/10 (currently version 10 for better gaming performance), and adjusted GPU and audio driver settings. None resolved the issue.

For context: when playing "The Finals," I had no latency or stutter problems, yet this game seems much more demanding than eFootball?

Reset BIOS using jumper
Reinstall NVIDIA and Intel drivers
Reinstall LAN drivers
Which drivers are currently installed?
Is your internet connection stable?

These instructions didn't assist me.
I maintain a stable connection (the stutter only occurs at certain moments).
There are no audio problems.
The network drivers I'm using are the latest:

I also have the newest Nvidia and Intel drivers.

Was Intel Rapid Storage und Management ebenfalls installiert? Es könnte sich um ein Spiel-bezogenes Fehler handeln.

From what I've reviewed, it appears this driver is intended for Intel CPUs from the 9th to 11th generation, while I have a 14th generation system.
It mentions that my system isn't supported.
I confirm the problem isn't related to the game itself (though the optimization is quite poor).
I've asked on the game forum, but no one reported this issue.
The Reddit thread you shared doesn't match what I have.
After the goal, I notice some stuttering, but I'm not concerned about the players.
The game files seem okay—Steam confirmed them.
So, I'm unsure what else I can do.
It seems to be an issue with the network driver (as seen in latencymon), though I don't know the exact cause.

Verify with CPU-Z or comparable tools to see if throttling occurs during the stuttering event. Determine whether firewall or antivirus software might be involved.

Checked for throttling and found none (photo taken after playing the game).
Activated the firewall for the game (permissions granted), and used only the Windows antivirus.

There are a few factors that might lead to these stutters from the BIOS, aside from XMP settings. I've checked various options in Windows and still encountered this issue. The actual GPU usage is around 115W, but it can spike up to 120, which suggests it's not just a limit problem.

did you perform a speed test or health check using Samsung Magician? which slot has the ssd connected? perhaps resetting the bios could assist.
