I received a razerblade 15 rtx 2060 from someone, but the battery was swollen. After a fresh Windows install and driver downloads, the laptop would restart but never turn on. I checked the power cable with a multimeter, as well as the motherboard—seems to be receiving power from the charger. I also tried replacing the battery, but it didn’t help.
