I recently damaged the screen on my Lenovo ThinkBook 14-iil (Type 20SL) and feel ready to fix it myself, after replacing a faulty fan beforehand, along with upgrading the SSD and RAM. I’m curious about getting a new screen. I came across a listing that seemed promising, but I want to confirm if the seller is trustworthy. Should they supply the necessary adhesive for securing the panel to the case? Also, should this repair be manageable for someone reasonably skilled without requiring special tools?
