I own a Dell Inspiron 15 5511. It frequently becomes unresponsive and won’t start or accept its usual charger. After performing a BIOS reset—removing the battery, then the laptop battery and reconnecting—the device powers on. What might be causing this issue?

PS. I also have a USB hub connected to it, linked to a USB-C charger, keyboard, mouse, monitor, and headphones.
