I recently got a new keyboard - Redgear Shadow Blade. The keys function properly. There have been no problems with them. However, the media control knob isn't working as expected. The LED remains fine when I connect it; it lights up during startup. But when loading presets, the LED in the knob goes off. It seems the issue isn't with the preset itself, since the same one that worked before is functioning. I've tried cycling through all presets using their software, but it still doesn't work.
