I have a relatively new Dell laptop with some keys malfunctioning (b, n, /, all arrow keys, space). I need a quick fix for this issue. It doesn’t seem dirty, but it’s not working properly. I’ve checked online for solutions but haven’t found anything helpful. Can you assist me? Thanks!

Is this a fresh laptop? We can arrange replacement within warranty. For now, please use an external keyboard.

No guarantees provided. External keyboard usage isn't possible. I require a method to repair the laptop keyboard.

It looks like you're facing a repair situation. You might need to disassemble the device, either repair the existing keyboard or purchase a replacement, which should be manageable if you're comfortable with the process.

Typically, the issue arises from the ribbon cable being slightly displaced.

Upgrade the keyboard software: - Activate Windows key + X, then choose "Device Manager" from the options. - Find the "Keyboards" section in the Device Manager interface and click it. - Right-click your keyboard listing and pick "Uninstall device." - Proceed with the uninstall process and restart your system. - Once restarted, Windows will reinstall the driver automatically. Alternatively, use the On-Screen Keyboard—a touchscreen keyboard visible on your screen. Navigate via Start, select Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard, and enable the option to use the On-Screen Keyboard. It will stay active until you close it.

I've already reinstalled the driver several times; this isn't the issue.
