I believe this section fits well for your inquiry. Recently, I purchased a new WiFi PCI-E card. Something unusual occurred: when the monitor enters power-saving mode (the computer isn’t asleep), my download speeds increase dramatically. However, shaking the mouse causes the speeds to drop again.

Is the monitor operating in the 2.4GHz frequency range? If yes, it might be causing interference or affecting performance once the display is needed. The 2.4GHz band is very sensitive to various sources of interference, such as microwaves, usually. Consider changing to another channel to see if that resolves the issue.

It is both 2.4 and 5. My connection is established on the 5.

If that's the situation, I'm sorry but I don't understand.
