I'll be the one to pose the simple question: is the antenna connected? Also, since you just assembled a PC, you may want to check out the guide I created about updating everything.

It's completely understandable to feel frustrated when problems persist despite everything you've tried. I've reviewed your guide and made the necessary updates, but the issue still occurs. Even with a fully connected internet and an antenna plugged in, it seems like you're being blocked by certain sites. As mentioned earlier, using a VPN doesn't cause any issues for me.

You may attempt this sequence: Click Right-click on Powershell, Command Prompt or Terminal, and execute as Administrator. Run ipconfig /release, then press Enter. Proceed with ipconfig /flushdns, pressing Enter. Continue with ipconfig /renew, pressing Enter again. (Wait briefly.) Use netsh int ip reset, then press Enter. Afterward, restart your device via Start > Power > Restart once more and verify the problem is fixed.
