Suddenly, my internet became unreliable. I didn’t change Wi-Fi networks or anything special, yet certain apps kept crashing. For instance, when playing Risk of Rain and Halo Infinite, joining friends was impossible. With Risk of Rain, every time I tried to connect, I’d see a black screen and get kicked out. With Halo Infinite, the game would disconnect from the server or time out. It’s strange—only these two games blocked my connection. I’m using a NETGEAR router (Nighthawk R7000P), but I’ve checked the settings for odd configurations without success. I reset the router once and it worked for a while, allowing me to play with friends. I’m puzzled about what’s causing this issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What are your connection rates? Visit dslreports.com/speedtest or speedtest.net. Run some pings to see if there are any drops. Check how your network performs at https://www.howtogeek.com/355664/how-to-...ur-network. Reach out to your ISP for a review.
