nVidia ought to provide a swing press (such as a rubber mallet) or make it a necessary accessory. Consider the additional revenue they could generate by offering branded tools! Three years prior, JonnyGuru expressed difficulty inserting it completely, which was before its redesign made it even more challenging and less forgiving. Some users have reported needing significant effort, causing discomfort afterward. If they intended to create their own power connector, it should have included a camover lever for easier insertion and locking. It seems they likely prioritized cost over usability given their low profit margins.
This connector is directly from the manufacturer and is usually better designed.
I also chose a branded version for my PSU to ensure compatibility.
Be careful not to bend or twist these cables—they are very fragile and can lead to weakness or failure, especially at the ends.
