You're experiencing some interesting behavior with your system. It seems like the BIOS settings are influencing the voltage applied to your CPU, even when you manually adjust them. In auto voltage mode, the BIOS might be using a lower voltage (around 1.224V) for efficiency, but when you switch to manual settings and increase it slightly (to 1.230V or 1.240V), the performance improves but the system becomes unstable after a while, likely due to thermal throttling or instability at higher loads. This could be why you see crashes after extended P95 testing. It's worth checking if your motherboard supports higher voltages safely and whether the cooling solution is adequately handling the increased load.
It really stops until I adjust it to 1.280v. Why is there such a big difference?
It isn't really at 1.28v during load with Vdroop, just as long as temperatures stay stable
