I'm not sure if I'm in the correct section, but...
The microphone from my headphones isn't functioning well. As you can hear, it's not capturing my voice properly—it's producing strange sounds and recording the sound from my PC. You can also hear the Windows notification. Do you have any assistance for this issue?
When you access the Control Panel Sound app, does the Record tab display a microphone device? Is it activated and designated as the primary recording device? Also, provide details about these headphones and microphone—specifically their make, model. Are they software-based or connected through USB?
Connected through USB, no extra programs required. A few Marvo headphones, unknown model. The mic is working correctly.
