After you reinstall your drivers (as suggested by Kloaked), they should revert to their default state. Still verify, since I haven’t reinstalled the control panel often, and I’m unsure if it preserves or restarts the settings when you do so again.

It also highlights that simply aiming for maximum performance doesn't ensure the GPU operates at its highest possible speed, especially since game boost clocks still decrease when entering menus or similar states, even if they were previously set.
